This tasting is a twist on the traditional “paired with turkey” concept. Roasted, stuffed or fried, the turkey is the turkey and the seasonings are similar…let’s look at the full tablescape and all the other profiles: buttery, creamy, salty, earthy and more. Thanksgiving meal traditions are often tied in to the generations before and lead to some fantastic and unusual wine pairing options! Spoiler alert for our gluten intolerant friends, the food bites for this tasting have a whole lot to do with stuffings and dressings!
This experience is a 90 minute tasting adventure beginning at 6:00pm and includes friendly and professional instruction with a tasting of 4 wines paired with food bites. The exchange is $35.00 per person; or $30 for Curious Palate Pass Holders. Space is limited; advanced paid reservations are required.
