Pinot Noir is a red wine grape variety thats name is derived from the French words for pine and black. The word pine alludes to the grape variety having tightly clustered, pine cone-shaped bunches of fruit. In this tasting experience, we will explore how the terroir (“sense of place”) impacts this variety and how diverse the wines made from this grape really can be!
The Curious Palate is a tasting experience that is designed for the taster who wants to take their personal wine experience to a new level by building knowledge...while having fun! What is the difference between drinking and tasting...and does it matter? How does what’s in your glass pair with food? How can you elevate any event with a little more flavor? While Michaela take her studies and classes seriously, she strives to make each tasting delightful and dynamic!
