The Zinfandel grape and the wine it creates is one of our favorite topics. Why? Well, it’s so very misunderstood...and we love to debunk myths! White Zinfandel is often among the first wine styles someone tries…and as much as folks love to hate it…it offers everything a beginner might want. BUT Zinfandel and its Italian sibling, Primativo, offer so much more and it is a perfect winter wine! Want to know more? We want to share more!

The Curious Palate is a tasting experience that is designed for the taster who wants to take their personal wine (or spirits) experience to a new level by building knowledge...while having fun! What is the difference between drinking and tasting...and does it matter? How does what’s in your glass pair with food? How can you elevate any event with a little more flavor? While we take our studies and classes seriously, we strive to make each tasting delightful and dynamic!

To keep your curiosity piqued, the location of this tasting experience will be released to participants about 5 days before the event.  But, never fear, this event is in Colorado Springs! This experience is a 90 minute tasting adventure beginning at 6:00pm and includes friendly and professional instruction, tasting of 4 wines paired with food bites, and a takeaway note sheet.  Space is limited; advanced paid reservations are required.
