This new series offers an intimate tasting option that is a little like a superior Happy Hour!  Tasters select one of the specials featured below that is packaged with a expertly crafted bites board featuring perfectly paired delights for 2-4 folks to nosh on.  There are two options for tasting enjoyment… an in-person experience OR a grab-n-go kit option.

Decision 1: Would You prefer?

• White Wine | Albariño | A crisp citrusy thirst-quenching delight!
• Red Wine | Garnacha | A softer red offering fresh red fruits and kiss of anise.
• Cocktail | Rebujito | A sherry-based cocktail served mostly in spring and summer fiestas, but beloved in any weather!

Decision 2: Will You…

• Stay? Click on the Bottles n’ Boards | Reserve a Table event listing for this date.

• Go? Tasters can make their selection from the featured list and pick up their bottle n’ board from Sovereignty Wines that afternoon after 3:00pm. If the cocktail is selected, the supplies and instructions to make the featured cocktail will be included in the grab n’ go kit. The exchange is $95.00 per kit and includes the selected bottle (with cocktail fixings as needed) and paired bites on the crafted wooden plank. Advanced paid orders are required. Once you have reserved your grab n' go kit, Michaela will reach out to you to confirm your bottle choice!
